The 6-year agreement will extend to December 31, 2021.
Kenmark has partnered with Timex since 1999, launching the brand within the optical industry and since expanding the collection with the addition of segments such as Timex, TMX, Style, Max, and Stretch.

Dawn is a graduate of Loras College in Iowa where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Public Relations. She has been with Kenmark since 1999, starting as Marketing Coordinator. Since, she has taken on many roles within the company such as Advertising Manager to Marketing Manager/Global Brand Manager where she previously handled PR, trade advertising and Brand Managment and now, Product Development Manager. In her new role as Product Development Manager, Ruiz will oversee development of new product for Vera Wang, Lilly Pulitzer, Dana Buchman, Timex, Wolverine and Private Label Collections as well as merchandising of each collection and evaluating style performance.

Kenmark promotes Jason Wehlage to Director of Product
LOUISVILLE, KY, November 30, 2015 – Kenmark, a leader in crafting and distributing original optical eyewear and sunglasses, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Wehlage to Director of Product.
Wehlage attended Indiana University and joined the Kenmark 2001 as a Product Design Assistant. He was promoted to Product Designer shortly after in 2002. In his new role as the Director of Product, Wehlage will oversee the day-to-day processes of Kenmark’s product department as well as maintaining his position as Product Designer for Original Penguin, Timex, Jhane Barnes, Republica, and Wolverine.
“I am excited to lead our skilled team in continually creating eyewear that resonates with the needs of our customers,” said Wehlage. “I have a passion for exceptional design and look forward to taking on this leadership role within the product department.”

LOUISVILLE, KY, March 7, 2011 - PEI Licensing, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Perry Ellis International (NASDAQ: PERY) announced today that it has entered into a license agreement with the Kenmark Group to design, manufacture and distribute eyewear under the Original Penguin by Munsingwear brand.
With nearly 40 years of experience, the Kenmark Group holds a diverse portfolio of brands, from top fashion house designers to iconic American names.

The agreement encompasses ophthalmic frames as well as ophthalmic and non-ophthalmic sunglasses. Product will initially launch Fall 2011 at Vision Expo West in Las Vegas. Shortly thereafter, the Original Penguin by Munsingwear product will be distributed through optical retailers, as well as through 32 Original Penguin stores, around the world.
